These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeshiPOS website, apps, and point-of-sale services (together, the "Services"), provided by DeshiPOS ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use DeshiPOS on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information when you register.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
• Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Some features are offered on a paid subscription. By choosing a paid plan you agree to the following:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change our prices with reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

We may offer a free trial so you can explore DeshiPOS. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan may convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate. We will always make the trial terms clear when you sign up.

To keep DeshiPOS safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage our systems or other users' data.
• Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Services without our written permission.
• Upload malware or use the Services to send spam or abusive content.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own the data you add to DeshiPOS — your products, sales, and customer records. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data only as needed to provide the Services. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Services, including our software, branding, and content, are owned by DeshiPOS and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while your account is active. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We work hard to keep DeshipOS available and reliable, including offline-friendly features for unstable connections. However, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We aim to give notice of planned downtime where possible.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, though some provisions (such as payment and liability) survive.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
